1. Introduction
Welcome to VISION PUBLIC SCHOOL (“School”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By enrolling your ward and accessing our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern admission, fee payment, code of conduct, usage of school facilities, and all academic and administrative policies.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from availing our services.
2. Admissions
- Admission is granted strictly on merit, based on the school’s admission criteria and availability of seats.
- Submission of incorrect information or forged documents will lead to immediate cancellation of admission.
- The school reserves the right to deny or cancel admission without assigning any reason.
3. Fee Structure & Payment Policy
- All fees (admission, tuition, and other charges) must be paid on or before the due date.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Late payments may attract penalties as per school policy.
- The school may deny access to classes, exams, and other facilities if fees are unpaid.
4. Attendance & Leave Policy
- Students must maintain minimum attendance to be eligible for promotions and exams.
- Leave applications must be submitted in writing in advance, except emergencies.
- Prolonged absence without intimation may lead to cancellation of admission.
5. Student Code of Conduct
- Students must maintain discipline and follow school rules.
- Misconduct, bullying, cheating, harassment, or damage to property will result in disciplinary action.
- Students must respect teachers, staff, and fellow students.
6. Use of School Facilities
Students and parents must handle school property (books, furniture, labs, digital facilities) with care. Any damage caused will be recovered from the responsible student/parent.
7. Examination & Academic Policy
- Students must follow examination guidelines.
- Malpractice will result in immediate disqualification.
- The school’s decision regarding promotions, grading, and results is final.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
The school may collect and store student and parent information for academic, administrative, and communication purposes. Personal data will remain confidential and not shared with third parties, except where required by law.
9. Health & Safety
Parents must inform the school of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs. The school provides first aid but is not responsible for unforeseen injuries or emergencies.
10. Website & Digital Services
Information on the school website or online platforms is for general purposes. The school may update or remove content without prior notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
The school ensures safety and well-being of students but is not liable for any loss, theft, accident, injury, or damage occurring on or off premises during school activities.
12. Amendments
The school may modify or update these Terms & Conditions anytime. Parents and students will be informed of significant changes via official notices or email.
